Two different polysaccharides were isolated and identified from the lipopolysaccharide fraction of endofungal bacterium Burkholderia sp. HKI-402 (B4). The complete structure was elucidated by chemical analysis and 2D NMR spectroscopy as the following: [formula: see text].
