Five pentacyclic triterpenoid glycosyl esters have been isolated from the aerial parts of Rubus pileatus and three of them are new compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical transformations as 3β,19α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-24,28-dioic acid-28-O-(6'-O-methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) ester, 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-24,28-dioic acid-28-O-(6'-O-methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) ester and 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-24,28-dioic acid-28-O-(3'-O-methyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) ester.
