Four new neolignan glucosides, longiflorosides A, B, C and D, in addition to one known neolignan glucoside, dehydro-diconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside were obtained from whole plants of Pedicularis longiflora. The structures of these compounds were determined mainly on spectral evidence.
