From the latex of Euphorbia biglandulosa Desf. the cerebrosides 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-N-2'-hydroxy-cis-15-tetracosenoyl-4-hydroxy-eicosasphinga-cis-10-enine (1), l-O-β-D-gluco-pyranosyl-2-N-2'-hydroxy-cis-17-hexacosenoyl-4-hydroxy-eicosasphinga-cis-10-enine (2) and 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-N-2'-hydroxy-4-hydroxy-eicosasphinga-cis-10-enine (3) were isolated. Structures have been elucidated by 1H NMR, l3C NMR, MS spectroscopy, hydrolysis, and ozonolysis too.
