A new sesquilignan glycoside, syringylglycerol-β-syringaresinol ether 4'',4'''-di-Ο-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and a new neolignan glycoside, dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4,γ'-di-Ο-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), were isolated from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides Ouv. (Eucommiaceae), together with a known neolignan glycoside, citrusin B (3). Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical evidence and spectroscopic analyses.
