A new iridoid glucoside, 5β,6β-dihydroxyboschnaloside (1), was isolated from the aerial parts of Euphrasia pectinata. Five known iridoid glucosides, 6β-hydroxyboschnaloside (2), aucubin, euphroside, plantarenaloside, and geniposidic acid, and two known phenylethanoid glycosides, verbascoside (= acteoside) and leucosceptoside A, were also obtained and characterized. The structure of compound 1 was established by spectroscopic evidence.
